Monrsh follows a No Return, No Refund, and No Cancellation policy on all products.
• Orders, once placed, cannot be cancelled.
SHIPPING- INDIA
MONRSH OFFERS SHIPPING TO ALL PINCODES IN INDIA. THE ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMELINE IS 20-25 WORKING DAYS. No changes can be made to timeline.
We use trusted shipping companies like DTDC, FedEx, and BlueDart as our domestic logistic partners.
We update our inventory with new designs every week to provide our customers with the maximum selection to choose from. Articles are available for pre-order. The same shall take a minimum of 20- 25 working days to deliver in India. We ship from our transit centre in Shanghai- China, GUJARAT, IN depending upon the availability.
We shall not entertain any cancellations beyond the cancellation policy since orders are processed on demand and as soon as they are placed.
The products undergo custom clearances in India. Custom duties and other requisites are borne by team MONRSH and is included in your invoice total. Customers will not be required to pay any additional amount after placing the final order.
Processing time of 9-13 working days and International transit + Custom Clearance period of 15 working days is required to fulfill Pre Order shipments.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number once the order is connected via local courier after customs clearance.
We cannot be held accountable for unforeseen weather conditions, custom clearance processes, and courier company caused d in delivery time. Deliveries to North East India may take additional 5-9 working days .
In summary, your total waiting time is Processing Time + Shipping Time (INCLUDING CUSTOM CLEARANCES). The estimated delivery time is 20-25 working days from the date of order placement. The orders may take extended time if there is a delay in customs clearances. Working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays & public holidays.

Ready To Ship Articles- Articles marked 'ready to ship' are Dispatched within 2-3 working days of order placement.
The Transit Time depends on the local courier service which is usually between 4-6 working days in India
Our executives cannot make any alterations to the already mentioned timelines.
Unexpected Delays in custom clearances might occur in certain cases in which delivery time may be extended. In such a case, MONRSH cannot be held accountable for delays.
Working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
International Shipping
MONRSH Ships to over 180+ international destinations. The Shipping is calculated for the same based on the weight of the order. Kindly contact our team Via email us at monrshcollection@gmail.com for assistance regarding International Orders.
We use DHL, Aramex and Registered Post as our shipping partners.
All custom fees, taxes and any other additional costs associated with your purchase overseas (other than India) are the responsibility of the customer. These are not included in the cost of the order or shipping fee. MONRSH does not provide refunds to customers for abandoned orders due to failure to pay duties and taxes associated with their order.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, MONRSH cannot offer reimbursement for the package lost due to delivery address issues.
